It started with a cake pop at Starbucks during a family trip to Orlando, Florida. Watching our daughter Adriana enjoy her favorite treat, we wondered: 

Could we make something she loved just as much, with clean ingredients we felt good about? 

Popli was born...

We’re Roel and Dimple—from the Netherlands and Indonesia. We met in Dubai in 2013, and today we’re raising Adriana and Axel in the United States, with a third baby on the way.

Like many parents, we’ve become more thoughtful about what goes into our children’s food. At birthday parties and school gatherings, we wished there were more treats made with simple, familiar ingredients. We wanted to create something our kids would love, without the unnecessary additives—a little treat we could feel good about sharing.

That’s why we started Popli.
